- How does Sacred Sisters Tebuti club work?
It's simple! You get a package every month in your mailbox with an awesome and unique wicca themed product to add to your collection.
- What item comes in a package?
It's going to be different each month. We try to add lots of variety to your secret Sacred Sisters Tebuti gift each month and look for an assortment of not only things we think you'd LOVE, but also things you won't find at your local Walmart. We always pick or create something that any Witch enthusiast would enjoy. This could include t-shirts, jewelry, home decor, kitchen items, novelty goods, and much more.
- When does my package ship out?
We ship out on the 3rd - 5th of every month. Order anytime in the month and your gift package will be shipped on the 3rd of the upcoming month. If you purchase during or slightly after our shipment period and if we have extra boxes (as we try and do each month), we will ship your package as soon as you order. If we do not have extra boxes for the month, your first package will arrive in the following month shipment period.
- What if I don't like the Witch item I receive?
We have an easy no hassle replacement policy. If you don't like the item we send out in your monthly package, then you can send it back to us and we'll send out another unique witch item that you don't have.
- How does billing work?
Sacred Sisters Tebuti is a monthly subscription box which means that your subscription will automatically renew each month.
Our subscription renewal date is the 1st day of each month and shipments go out between the 3rd & 5th of each month.
When you sign up you will immediately be charged for your first Krate and will not be charged again until after you receive your first Krate.
Kindly note that if you request to cancel your subscription and do not wish to receive a package that month, your cancellation request must be received on or before the 2nd of the month. Once your subscription has renewed for the month our warehouse team begins packing and shipping your goodies!
- How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime, for any reason with just a few clicks. We hope you'll stay, but we don't make it hard to leave.
Kindly note that if you request to cancel your subscription and do not wish to receive a package that month, your cancellation request must be received on or before the 16th of the month. Once your subscription has renewed for the month our warehouse team begins packing and shipping your goodies!
- Can I choose which product I want to receive?
We create and find unique products each month to make it something special for each member. We do not allow you to choose which product you want to receive in your monthly package. We do have a private member's store available to purchase any of the previous witchy items you may have missed and a public storefront for even more great witchy goodies at http://tebuti.com.
- How do I contact you?

- Do you have a phone number?
We do not currently offer phone support. We're a small team and e-mail support allows us to be flexible and responsive! Please allow up to 24 hours for a response but in most cases we'll respond within a few hours.

- How much does shipping cost?
Nothing! We offer free shipping to all member's not only for their monthly witchy package, but also any of our other witch vendors like tebuti.com
- How do you ship my package?
We use the United States Postal Service 1-3 business day Priority Mail.
- Do you ship internationally?
We're currently only shipping to the USA and unfortunately international shipping is just not feasible at this point in time.
It is something we hope to be able to offer in the future though, so if and when we can offer international shipping we'll be sure to make an announcement!
